Questions we hear a lot

Is setup really free?

Yes. Remote setup and installation, staff training and customer support are included in every plan. If you'd like someone to come in person, onsite setup is available when you pay at least three months of subscription in advance.

Can I start on Basic and upgrade later?

Yes. You can move from Basic to Pro at any time, for example when you start tracking ingredients.

Does NicePOS work without internet?

No. NicePOS is cloud based and needs an internet connection to run. In return, your data is available from any device, anywhere.

Are the bills IRD compliant?

Yes. NicePOS is IRD (Inland Revenue Department) verified, so billing and reporting meet Nepal's tax requirements.

Which devices can I use?

POS terminals, desktops, tablets and phones. It runs in the browser with nothing to install, and there are Android and iOS apps too.

Are there limits on menu items, staff or tables?

No. Menu items, staff accounts, tables and orders are unlimited within your plan.
